A Maintenance Clean is designed to upkeep an already-clean home. If it's been a while since your last deep clean, we start there so every future visit meets our standard — and so you get the most value out of your Maintenance plan.
As a standard precaution, we ask that fine jewelry, cash, and irreplaceable heirlooms be placed in a drawer or safe before we arrive. Our crews never open closed drawers, jewelry boxes, or safes.
Yes — just give us 24 hours' notice and there's no fee. Cancellations inside 24 hours may include a small fee to cover the reserved time slot.
